What are credits and how are they spent?
Credits are the single currency for every generation: text, images, video and audio. The composer shows the price before you start. If a generation fails with an error, its credits come back; in disputed cases, after a check. How much is one credit?
Are these the same models the developers offer?
Yes. Your request goes to the developer’s original model — directly or through an API provider that serves it — and you get that model’s answer.
Do I need a VPN or a foreign card?
No. Fyro opens from Russia without a VPN, and you pay in roubles with a Russian bank card or via SBP. One balance covers every model: chat, images, video and voice-over.
Can I switch or cancel my plan?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime in your billing settings. After cancellation the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Is there a free tier?
Yes — sign up and try the platform for free: starter credits arrive on registration.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Buy a separate credit pack in the app: Subscription and credits → “Add-on credit packs”. Those credits never expire and are spent after your plan credits. Or pick a bigger volume on your plan card: the bigger the volume, the cheaper each credit.

How is the cycle counted on an annual plan?
You pay once, and credits arrive every 30 days rather than on the first of each month. Over a paid year that is 13 credit grants, not 12.
How do I pay, and can I get my money back?
Payment goes through YooKassa: Russian bank card, SBP, SberPay. The receipt comes to your email. Refunds follow the refund policy; auto-renewal can be turned off anytime under Subscription and credits.
